Customers can be identified through any of their existing payment cards and they are free to use any cards as long as they are registered in the system, they will always be recognized as a single unique customer. Other identification methods (mobile phone number for example) are available to reward payments by cash.

Welcome’s XLS Solution allows rewarding of a customer either at the ticket level (total amount of the transaction) or at the item/SKU level (based on specific items they purchased).

The customer web portal allows Retailers & Merchants to better know their customers (through survey and preferences, for example) so that the promotions can be better targeted. The portal also allows customers to see their loyalty status and the promotions running into specific stores.

Retailers and Merchants can use the multiple communication channels to either pre-announce to their customers the future promotions that will be running in store or communicate with their customers right away after their visit.
