Welcome’s XLS solution is an enterprise loyalty and marketing platform that allows an organization to reward the entire relationship between the organisation and their customers.

The Welcome’s XLS solution allows any organisation to understand and change the behavior of their customers by identifying in real-time who they are and how they use their products and services, rewarding them accordingly, communicating with them and tracking the results to prove that the change happened.

Account Management
There is no need to create a specific loyalty ID as our solution can use any of the existing ID. The solution also allows customers to be identified through multiple IDs such as: existing card number, mobile phone number, account number, etc.

Cards can be registered on the fly: at the first use of an existing card (payment card for example), a corresponding loyalty account can be created automatically on the system.

Segmenting and targeting customers
Welcome’s XLS solution segments the customers in real-time at the moment of the transaction, based on who they are (demographic data, preferences, profiles, etc), and how they have been spending so far (customer buying behavior).

Rewarding capabilities
Welcome’s XLS solution support multiple rules to reward a customer and multiple types of rewards such as: points, cash-back, coupons, discounts/rebates, etc.

Rules and rewards can be applied at the local level (unique to one specific retailer) or at the national level (valid for all transactions wherever they are happening).

Reaching customers on the right channel
Based on the transactions/events/operations processed, the real-time loyalty and marketing engine will reach the customers through the right channel at the right moment.
